We have used Thompson Air twice for reverse cycle ducted systems. Both times the team were polite, knowledgeable and well-priced. Do not use this company, I would not let Aaron in my house. After over a decade of being a customer, today's visit for an install went very badly. If you want to walk away from a job Aaron - just do that. There is no need for swearing, insults, abuse. And yes as a customer I do have no idea, so don't blame me if you don't ask questions or scope the job properly. Owner is the best
I made an online enquiry via their website and got no answer from them. 1 week after sending the enquiry I rang and spoke to a lady and my enquiry was going to be escalated to the quoting team. 1 week later again and still not contact from them. I would avoid them if you consider your air conditioning install a priority and you wish for your money to be going to a company that takes being prompt and professional and much I do.
