I made an online enquiry via their website and got no answer from them. 1 week after sending the enquiry I rang and spoke to a lady and my enquiry was going to be escalated to the quoting team. 1 week later again and still not contact from them. I would avoid them if you consider your air conditioning install a priority and you wish for your money to be going to a company that takes being prompt and professional and much I do.
Very happy customer. Aaron & Declan did a great job replacing our air-conditioner. Whole process was a breeze. After our initial enquiry we got a call back from Aaron on the same day. Received a quote that afternoon, then booked in for the following week. Great company to deal with & would 100% recommend.
Mitsibishi HWS split installed efficiently & neatly on 2nd storey. Aaron came to site with boys & discussed unit placement. HIghly recommend Aaron & his team.
