These guys are so helpful and always make time for the questions you have. We had a flat battery today in the CBD and Tony happily came down to give us a jump start. Always great service with a smile
I’ve been coming here since moving to the area in 2021 and have always had great service from the guys. They’re super friendly and will explain what needs doing in easy to understand terms and will be honest about whether it’s something that needs to be done asap or something I can leave until next service. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage because I don’t know much about cars but the guys at Thommos have always been great to talk to and honest with their pricing.
Have a couple of cars serviced here. Was worried that I wouldn’t be able to fit them in due to the garages popularity but they have been very accomodating! Thanks for caring for the cars like they are your own
I can't speak highly enough of Thommos Automotive in Ballina. All the mechanics there have a wealth of knowledge and have truly gone out of their way to help me. Not only did they do a great job working on my car, but they also took the time to share their knowledge and offer advice as I was preparing for a big trip. Their customer service and genuine care really set them apart. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled mechanics!
