Very frustrated! Called a week ago to order wreaths and garland. Was told it would be ready Monday afternoon / Tuesday morning. Then I received a text on Tuesday stating they were running behind but did not write down what I had asked for. I was nice. I text Thursday to check no reply...had to text again and received a reply that it wasn’t ready and was told to check back this afternoon which is Friday. I have text and it is still not ready!! I absolutely love Thomley’s. I was living in Birmingham,Al and just moved back. Our family tradition every year was to go to the same Christmas tree farm to pick out the perfect tree. I was so afraid we would not find the perfect farm. However we found Thomley’s this was our first visit and we will continue going every year. Great place to visit ,the staff is amazing.
great people super friendly but a little crazy but I guess that's to be expected overall our family enjoyed the experience and love our tree
