It's a Therapeutic community. You get what you put in. Family setting environment. We pride ourselves in promoting independence & upholding traditional family values.
Lance Thom who runs the place is a slum lord according to my friend Dan V. who lives there . He takes the full amount ODSP allows for rent then takes the rest without them knowing and forces you to pay for food and cigarettes . Whether you eat there or not and whether you smoke or not . You have to share a room with no locks on the doors . The food sucks as much as the menu . Not a good place to stay if you are trying to get back in to the community .
