took my charlie there last week, and paid $475 for blood work. i thought charlie had a urinary problem. charlie could not leave a pee sample, so i took one later that day. it was a week before someone tried to give me results. would never recommend their services. will never go back.
My dog has a bite mark on his nose after a two week stay here. He is now aggressive and biting..I strongly say stay away. I elected to bring my max as from the outside it looks professional ..I can easily be reached..looking for others that had similiar experiences. These ppl are rude ,not all but mostly unpleasant help...stay away Stay away..
We have been using this vet. office for over 18 years. Since it sold to Petvet it has gone downhill. I called 5-7-2020 to schedule a check up for 1 of our dogs and I was told he would need surgery and 450.00 deposit, keep in mind this was a front office clerk not the veterinarian. How can that be when no one has seen him yet. SMH
This office is open 7 days a wk 8-8. How can they charge 550.00 on Sunday for an emergency visit when they are already there and open? And you have been a customer of theirs and paid your bills in full. It is def all about the money at this office. Taking my pet to another vet that will see him as a regular office visit as they are open on Sunday. I will not be going back to this office. 18 yr old sick cat - possibly euthanasia... No compassion No caring... Just rattled off the price of visit... and said it was emergency...... read more
Everyone was very polite & extremely professional. As the Doctor was leaving the room my 8 yr old granddaughter announced she had a question. The Dr came back and addressed her question & was very thorough in answering her & that meant a lot to me.
