Terrible customer service. Purchased a pool liner that turned out to have a hole in it. Staff insinuated that I caused the hole and would not return the liner until the manufacturer oks the exchange. Just kept the liner because it’s not worth my time. Just be prepared to pay full price for a liner with a hole in it or wait days to exchange a liner when you already have the pool disassembled.
