great experience I am not one to write reviews but I think credit is due for people that do a good job. At first I was hesitant to go to this store because of reviews. But I am glad my husband and I went. Our sale person was named Michael Martin. He explained about the furniture and showed us our options. Later, I learned he was also the store manager. must read- horror that could happen to you!! PLEASE read this to help prevent future consumers from going through this. Great experiance My husband and I where out shopping looking for a new family room set. We looked all over at reviews and saw there was alot of bad reviews for almost any store if you look for them. So we decided to go out and hope to find something we fell in love with and that we would be able to have for a long time till our kids go to college. BOYCOTT THOMASVILLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THOMASVILLE. Cheap made in China garbage and they refuse to stand behind their products. Also the furniture contains TOXINS. Do an internet search for Thomasville Furniture Complaints and Thomasville Furniture TOXIN and you will see what I mean. Mother company is Furniture Brands International. Look them up and you will see that all the CEO cares about is PROFIT PROFIT. They are going to be opening more plants in Mexico too.
