Im very disappointed about my child after more than 2 years learning swimming from beginning. Very slow. We want him to learn survival skills but I guarantee he even can not help himself if he fails in water just deeper than him. When I try to help him outside class hours, facilities are very limited. Adult pool is TOO COLD even summer time. Playing pool is too crowded and shallow. Some available rooms in swimming class pool but managers will never let us to use even no class. They even refused us to borrow swimming boards..... read more
Long-term customer, but very disappointed now. My kids have attended this swimming centre for 3 years. The first 2 years were great, and the management was supportive and reasonable. Sadly, since a likely change in management, everything has gone downhill. Classes were cancelled during summer break, yet parents are still charged unless they manually suspend — and even then, we must pay $5 per week just to suspend. Why are parents paying when no classes are running? We were told reminder emails were sent, but I never received... read more
We love this pool! There is a great area for the kids to play where supervising is easy and manageable. The staff are always helpful and greet you with a smile, the facilities are well maintained and clean.
Good facility with friendly staff. 25m Pool temperature for swimming laps.
