It looked very good and the stuff was so nice and the water was so nice
The reason why it is only three out of five stars...and that is a generous rating...there are always people in clothes in the pool. It's unhygienic. The change rooms especially, the family change rooms smell like urine. Often there are lanes closed, whole pool areas closed and we understand...there are swim courses going on. Wide range of options available, including pool, fitness classes, yoga, gym, reformer pilates, indoor cycling, etc. Caters for all ages. My kids love the splash pool. Great inclusive, non-judgemental community. Staff is friendly and helpful. Affordable. Adjacent to local library. I couldn't ask for more. We are lucky to have a centre like this in our neighbourhood
I signed up and there were many errors made by aquatic centre staff in regard to my account. I have had to deal with a debt collector because of this. I tried to resolve the issue by phoning the aquatic centre and briefly spoke to a staff member. He placed my call on hokd and the line dropped out after being placed on hold for more than 20 minutes. I assume that the staff member hung up the phone on me. Now I am trying to cancel my subscription.
