I saw Dr Qicheng today, he was Amazing, kind, gentle, and patient. I usually gag when having X-rays and have to be taken to the stand-up X-ray machine. He was encouraging and kept saying you can do this, even after several attempts was never frustrated Dr Qicheng then put a chocolate paste on the X-ray film and success. Definitely my Dentist of choice.
Horrible experience! I was asked to come 10minutes prior to my appointment I came at 11:15 my appointment was at 11:30 I waited till 12:20 and still wasn’t seen they kept taking other patients. Very disappointing and very disrespectful.
My family has been going for years. The service is always polite, friendly and accommodating. I personally was traumatized by the dentist when I was younger. And never do I worry when I am in their care. I highly recommend them.
