I had a really good experience with Thomastown Bodyworks. They repaired my BYD Dolphin following an accident where the other party was at fault. The team communicated everything clearly, and gave me realistic expectations. They also helped set things up to manage the insurance process; and organised a hire car which made the whole process very easy on my end. My car came back cleaner than I left it which was a bonus!
Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my daughter car.They were very professional and friendly and there workmanship was simply outstanding. As Mark said the car would be ready in a week and he was spot on. Highly recommend Mark and his team. Thank you.
I put my car for repair at bodyworks a week ago it was given back to me today as new also washed and cleaned inside out wonderful job Lovely guys in this establishment I appreciate their work and treatment to us thank you Joshua and mark and employees so much
Dealt with Mark on an insurance job, which didn't end up going ahead in the end due to cash settlement. But I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I could also tell he takes the work seriously.
Had my BMW repaired at Thomastown Bodyworks and I must say, the crew there did an amazing job at fixing the damage! The car looked perfect where the damage was done and you could tell professionals were doing their job. Mark was great to communicate with and was very supportive with the whole process! I would recommend these guys for any body work you have in mind, you will be satisfied and happy with the end product!!!
