These people are genuinely nice people i have done business with. They have saved me on 2 occasions both of which I arrived at cmechanics as well and they honestly don't charge enough for the service they provide i honestly . Family owned business where they treat you like family. Thanks again for all the good work and saving me after hours when you didn't even know me from past business
I was so very impressed by the expertise and integrity of Thomaston Motors in Thomaston, CT! I brought my son's car there after a "check engine" light went on. After learning the car needed a catalytic converter, Cole explained everything clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. Most impressively, he explained to me how my son could prolong the life of his current catalytic converter so we could wait on the repair! We weren't charged anything! I can’t say enough about this place! I was recommended to them by a friend who said they were the most trustworthy place they had been to so I decided to find out for myself. I brought my teenage daughter’s car to Thomaston motors. The owner gavr us a price and didn’t push us to fix it. He said it might be worth it to take that money and put it toward a new car which we ended up deciding to do. I absolutely refuse to take my car anywhere else! The team here is wonderful and they don't take advantage of their customers at ALL. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality service, no run-around, and straight talk about their vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Thomaston Motors!
