I just bought a new house in Avon, Connecticut and I had these guys come out to maintain our central air. They were highly recommended by the previous homeowner and I can definitely see why. Great group to work with. Their team worked well together cleaned up nicely when work completed. HVAC with heat pumps and new furnace installed. Looking forward to real cost savings.
Disappointed by this company. They gave me a quote and then charges double without any warning. Very unprofessional. they were not willing to explain extra charge. I had another HVAC professional review the bill and confirmed that this was bogus. Their explanation is : we I'll send it to collection. Do not use this company.
I wanted to praise TCC for having exceptional customer service, a rare quality nowadays ,I got a call yesterday stating if it would be ok if my oil delivery would be pushed for the next day to which I said fine ,now the next day it is already snowing at 7am so I am like let me shovel some snow for the oil delivery,and I notice a truck’s tire marks ,I came to find out the delivery had already happened at 6:30 that morning,the delivery guy had to start his shift at 5:00am to beat the weather ,now I call that dedication ,little... read more
