I don’t recommend Thomas Property Service for electrical work, even basic. Job was to replace 3 sets of doorknobs, kitchen electrical outlets to match a redesign, and 4 outdoor lights. The doorknobs were fine but the kitchen outlets were a mess. Plates were crooked, outlets weren’t flush, one switch was backward, one switch no longer worked, one outlet was installed in the wrong place, and another outlet was entirely offline. Job was to replace toilet, bathroom vanity and top, bathroom faucet, and a kitchen faucet. Technically all those things were done and so far they all work. Jeffrey showed up early and worked hard. But: "Unfortunately, the trash is yours." It would've been nice to know ahead of time that I was going to end up with a busted toilet and sink in my yard. In April of 2018 I contacted Thomas properties to do a home inspection on the home my family was looking to purchase. The person I spoke with said all the right words made me feel really comfortable with him so I had him come and do a home inspection. Got approved for a $169,000 FHA loan off of his inspection. Then in October of 2018 I was told that my home needed to be demolished because it was in such bed shape that it would cost more to fix it than it would to tear down a building new 1. Jeff was professional and did a great job - repairing ceiling cracks and sanding/priming/painting a DR/LR wall. Also quite affordable. Will be calling him again.

Jeff hung drywall and did finishing work in my basement. He was very attentive to detail and respectful. Highly recommended.
