Go to someone else if you wish to have an attorney help with Elderly Trust/Estate planning....!!! We went to them for creating and advising on a Revocable Trust for my father. They do NOT appear to have the knowledge to help you avoid probate even with a trust. My father sat in front of the lawyer (I was there as well) and told me "We are doing this so when I pass you will not have to deal with the courts in probate. Things should be setup so that what isn't in the trust will roll into it so the courts won't get involved." T... read more
