They suck. I don’t know how else to say it all of you people that have had things done there that say you’re pleased you better wait a month or two I had a cross repaired and within a month it was back to where it had broke again. so good luck with that they make promises that they can’t live up to you need to go somewhere else to a reputable jewelry shop
