THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND COLD UNSENSITIVE STAFF!!! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL MY WIFE ABOUT PUTTING HER DADS REMAINS IN THE MAUSOLEUM!!!! MY WIFE COUKD NEVER GET A TIME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS, SHE CALLED TWICE AND THE SECOND TIME SHE CALLED THE LADY WAS VERY DISTESPECTFUL AND SAID THEY ALREADY HAD DONE PUT HER DADS REMAINS IN THE MAUSOLEUM!!! THEY DEVASTED MY WIFE TO THE UTMOST AND NOBODY SHOUKD BE TREATED LIKE THIS!!!!!!
Extremely difficult to communicate with. Won't answer our questions and update our file because we bought 2 Plots back in 2008 and now want to be both placed in the same plot by our mom and our ashes buried. They talked us into buying a different plot un the next row but we want the deeds updated to the Plots we wanted originally by our family. The manager sent an email asking for more money ( a few thousands) for items we were not given the choice for. Pushing for both a vault and another container when one only is required... read more
