3개월전에 조직검사 했는데, 보험에서 $ 2,700 + 본인 부담 $450 냈는데, 마취과 보험 안된다고 또 $7,000 내라고 함. 전화, mychart에 메세지 남겨도 연락 없음. 조직검사 전에 마취과 의사가 보험 안받는다는 얘기 없었음. 병원 행정이 엉망인듯.

첫 방문후 일주내로 수술 예약전화준다고한후 2주가 지나도 연락이 없고 아무리 보이스메일과 메세지를 남겨도 답변이 없네요..이런경험은 처음이라 당황스럽네요ㅜㅎ
