Dr Lu took care of me in ICu and found a large ulcer. Then followed up. His personality and bedside manor is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. He is so funny and makes you feel at ease and jokes while answering all your questions.
We have had very good experiences with Dr. Lu’s office. He listens to your symptoms and is very thorough with exams and testing. We’ve never had a long wait time and the office staff is very friendly.
Had the worst experience ever with Dr Lu and his office manager. My medical issues were totally ignored and disregarded. I reached out to the office manager, she called me back, told me she would call me back by the end of the day. That was almost 3 weeks ago now, I've called several times and have had messages sent to her by the staff to return my call. Still nothing. It was also a 8 hours trip to see this dr.
