Absolutely the worst customer service. I manage two companies and decided to insure both companies with TWG. They are disorganized and extremely rude. I requested a COI w/ the full vin#'s listed, for each separate company. They sent me a COI with the wrong vin #. I called them and Bridget answered. I told her that I received a COI w/ the wrong vin number and if she can send me the corrected COI. She stated that they generate the COI in the order that it comes through. The one thing that’s I love about this insurance agency is just like phone service with any truck driver you pay for what you get and my network carrier is Verizon. I started my own authority and i can tell you I received the best A rated insurance quote through thomas and Wilson group in which I didn’t take Weeks to get an answer and I’ve made changes to my policy based on different Frieght I pull and my agent Kristi Piwko is always right there on spot to help out but the cool things is the owner Todd help me with my policy... read more

Astounded at the lack of communication. I took time to provide information over the phone, along with gathering and sending requested documents tonget a quote. Weeks went by, never heard a word. I even followed up, and nothing. I would never insure through a company that can’t be bothered with potential customers. Glad we found a super responsive and competent agent we love elsewhere!
