My provider failed to send proper information so my surgery was delayed--but Dr. Carroll-Chen and her associates were marvelously kind and professional toward me and my issues. Rescheduled, I went in for the procedure and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. My procedure was a great success. I would highly recommend this practice for knowledge, skill, and patient care.
I went to Dr.Day with a head infection. After taking medication after medication for 5 months he said that it wasn't working and decided to put me on a different antibiotic..After several months of that it was a antibiotic that was 600$ a month which was out of my budget but I maintained the best I could then doubled up on them which I couldn't afford..He never even observed my progress. I can't remember the last time I had this nice of an experience going to a doctor. From filling out my paperwork to final checkout, every aspect was great! I dealt with 4 staff members and the doctor and they were all friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Dr Silverton and his staff!!
Ive read other reviews about Silvertons but honestly can't believe what most have said! Ive had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and doctors there and so has my girlfriend. Very accommodating to our needs. They are always very busy but isn't that a sign of a good business?! I don't think I could go anywhere else

Doctor Loven is the best he took plenty of time to explain and his team follows you throughout the treatment with Dr Loven just a great atmosphere to see a doctor you are treated with much respect and the care and any questions are always answered Miss Peggy and the ladies in that part of the office are fantastic many thanks to everyone there

Person at front desk was not really friendly. My appointment was for a general screening and it was very rushed and not at all what I had experienced with other doctors. Frankly, it was a waste of time.
Office staff is a little screwed up. Doctors are nice and extremely knowledgeable(solved my years old skin problems), but they are really quick and don't give you much time.
