So happy her PA Anna insisted on a biopsy. Two other dermatologists did not do I had an 18 month delay on diagnosis. The was a cancelation the day of my diagnosis so they got me right in. I was so nervous and Dr. Carrol-Chen was so calming. She performed the Mohr procedure and got all of the basal cell in one attempt. So pleased with the office. Her assistant Jenina was excellent too. Dr. Patricia A Carroll-Chen is one of the nicest and caring drs I've had to visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure. Very pleasant and informative in language that I understood. Ready and willing to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend her for all of your dermatology needs.
Terrible bedside manner. He spoke over me, cut me off, didn’t listen to what I had to say, and even accused me of getting my information from “Dr. Pimple Popper” when I told him that my prior doctor had been able to accommodate my request for minimal hair removal while performing a procedure. He then lost interest and became very dismissive. Absolute jerk.
Best doctor experience in decades! Dr. Day was personable, kind, and thorough. He not only diagnosed my rash, but also reassured me regarding other skin concerns. I only with he could be my primary care provider. The only drawback was the wait time. It took almost 30 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment. However, given the quality of my care, it was time well spent.
I was very unhappy with a previous experience with another Dermatologist and was skeptical in my first visit with Dr Carroll. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Carroll was very professional and thorough in her exam and immediately put me at ease. I have been to her since and she has always been what I would expect from my Dermatologist. I would fully recommend Dr Carroll to all my friends and family. Thanks Dr Carroll.
Not good at all!! Made a Diagnosis of HSV based on a rash which turned out to be an allergic skin reaction. Didn't bother with testing until forced. AWFUL
