Best doctor experience in decades! Dr. Day was personable, kind, and thorough. He not only diagnosed my rash, but also reassured me regarding other skin concerns. I only with he could be my primary care provider. The only drawback was the wait time. It took almost 30 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment. However, given the quality of my care, it was time well spent.

I went to Dr.Day with a head infection. After taking medication after medication for 5 months he said that it wasn't working and decided to put me on a different antibiotic..After several months of that it was a antibiotic that was 600$ a month which was out of my budget but I maintained the best I could then doubled up on them which I couldn't afford..He never even observed my progress. His staff did take blood and sent me on my way.He did have new students come in which was very embarrassing as my self esteem was already v... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Day's for several years. I love him and his staff and would never go anywhere else. Recently, my husband visited him to have a biopsy done for possible skin cancer. Dr. Day put us both at ease and has a wonderful personality. He is a very competent and compassionate doctor.

Dr Day misdiagnosed my shingles. I had rash on my head which he attributed to a rash from yard work. We were leaving town for an important event in our family. Dr Day gave me lotion and instructions how to use product. Condition became much worse, spreading into my eye. Call to his office result, no response. Pain was horrible. Upon return home, called my GP who took control of situation. Will NEVER use this doctor again.

Business response:

John, I am very sorry. Early shingles can show signs and symptoms of many other things. Calls to our office and nursing station are normally returned promptly. However, if there is an emergency (pain or spreading into the eye), we always urge patients to seek immediate attention.

First time I visited Dr.. Day was for a basal-cell removal . I've been back since then .There was a minimal mark where he removed the basal cell . I was very pleased as when another dermatologist left a hole in my arm for the same thing . Visit went very smooth ,pricing was great no wait time ,under 10 minutes . Staff was very courteous and helpful. I felt very comfortable with his explanations as he answered my questions . I could not have asked for a better visit both times that I saw. Dr.Day.

Business response:

Thank you for your evaluation and kind remarks.

Dr. Day has been my dermatologist for several years. I trust him completely. He is an awesome doctor-----always has time for my questions. I had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Day a couple of years ago. It was squamous cell carcinoma on my bottom lip. He put in about 6 stitches and today if you met me, I would have to show you where the lesion healed--great!!! I recommend him to anyone. His nurse is wonderful also. Barb Spangler Clarksville, Tn.

Business response:

Hello Ms Spangler. Skin cancer on one's lip can be serious. We are grateful everything turned out so well and that you can not find a scar.

I personally have been a patient of Dr. Day for more than 10 years. Every time I see him, he is kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. Correctly diagnoses the problem, and addresses issues with compassion. He also treated my sweet mom for 20 years. She is also very happy with the results. We RARELY wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. Office staff is very friendly.

Business response:

Dee, Thank you for your kind review and allowing us to see you for over ten years.
