Been waiting for over 1 hour to see a doctor who had called us for an assessment. Still not been seen.
Tried to make an urgent appointment. They didn’t call back but I got a “text” for an appointment 10 days later!! Ended up in A&E who referred me to make an appointment the next day, I called again the earliest appointment was three days later!! My appointment was at 11:20 … over an hour wait to be seen. Awful patient care
Not really good service and everyone has to leave at this GP the make an appointment very late time
Only place were you can be early for your appointment and still not get seen. My appointment was at 14.07 and still at 14.46 not been seen. This place is a joke, people that come in after get seen before. This place need to be looked at in many ways. Speak to reception staff and they not really helpful. I do not recommend this to anyone, for best bet find somewhere else. Absolutely shocking never agen comming here or my family. Place needs boycotting
