I have been with this surgery for years. I have never had a bad experience. Starting from the receptionist's ending with the staff members. Whenever i need an appointment i always get it quite quick. Now it’s even more easier to contact the surgery through the website. Responds really quickly. I would recommend.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the health of infants. Urgent cases must be treated as a priority, and families should not be left without timely medical help. I sincerely hope that the clinic will take responsibility and improve their system so that no other parent has to go through the same traumatic experience.
Customer service is terrible, haven’t finished talking and the lady says, okay bye, hangs up.. the dr never call to discuss the results, or what next action to take, all they do is test and that all. No one cares for your health. Might as well go private when you at least pay them to actually take a look at you! Disgusting..
