Less than 5 years and the fascia is falling offer. I left a message asking him to fix it and I said I was willing to pay since it had been 4 years, but no response. I am now afraid my roof will not last much longer either. Also, nails sticking out everywhere, on the porch, the storage room, dangerous and ugly.
I have had an outstanding experience working with Tom. Not only did he provide me with a wonderful rental home, but his professionalism and kindness made the entire experience truly exceptional. The house was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and any maintenance or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I would not recommend this company. Thomas and his team did not finish the job properly. I paid for a large amount of shingles, but the roof was still not completed. It continued to leak, there were nails sticking up all over the place, and the rolled roofing was improperly secured, with sections lifting in different spots. Additionally, they didn't replace any of the damaged wood. Even though he guaranteed his work, if there is a problem, he will not return phone calls or fix the issue.
