Fathers beware , he cannot be trusted ,he uses his medical condition to delay court dates and manipulate the courts and get adjournments, he is not a honorable man and don't don't believe his words he tells you . Thomas McNally is a fair and knowledgeable attorney. Parents need to remember that a Law Guardian/ Attorney appointed for the child(ren) do not work for the adults, they are there to advocate for the child(ren). All meetings are with the children and he listens to them. Its a shame that parents cant handle the truth about what or how their child(ren) think/ see them. Don't shoot the messenger.
Thomas W McNally should be investigated immediately. He Withheld information on a false allegations report. Knowing the police did an investigation and found no crime. Mr McNally in an attorney only conference did not disclose that. Please before we have another Thomas Valva case investigate Thomas McNally immediately. I have the police report and the transcript of the proceedings. Shame on Thomas W McNally.
