I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas W. Grookett and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. After suffering from severe blood clots and a pulmonary embolism I was left with constant shortness of breath and a great deal of uncertainty. From the very beginning Dr. Grookett took the time to truly listen to every concern I had. He has been extremely thorough by ordering the necessary breathing tests and following my progress with CT scans to make sure my lungs are being carefully monitored. Made a small mistake! Wouldn’t admit! Wouldn’t apologize!! Who needs a doc like that! No stars. The office staff..rude , zero customer service or kindness.
