ladies on service desk are amazing and very informative. Fonner worked with me for what I wanted done and was able to get me in and out within an hour. yes there was some pain and discomfort but thats kind of to be expected imo. He did his job well. I plan to go to him again for future work. Thanks guys, getting them very very bad ones out literally possibly saved my life.
Dr. Fonner took out 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth 5 years ago. Him and his staff were not kind or professional. I am still affected to this day from this horrible experience. I was not under any anesthesia, and the lidocaine used to "numb" me was NOT effective, after I told them I always need more than the usual dose since I am a redhead. I TOLD them I could still feel it but they proceeded with 0 care with a very painful, traumatic procedure. His staff was impatient and did not answer my questions at all. I had an emergency dental issue, a tooth injury on Easter & was in severe pain. My normal dentist was on vacation so I privately messaged Dr Fonner & asked if he could help me & he said he would. It took a little while to get me in as I had never been there & they needed some medical records which I thought was a reasonable delay. Had a lot of issues with this place. Starts with being lied to about a couple different things leading up to my first appointment. There was also a lack of communication. I wasn't told anything. Nothing was explained, I was treated as if I already knew everything. He was also very unprofessional. His attitude towards my reactions of pain like it was annoying him. Appointment ended only being half done with my teeth removal. I was never told I would have to pay a second time for the second appointment since I already paid. Mo... read more
