Very rude receptionist.Don't have a willingness to help the customer. She was just trying to hang up the phone,so she lied the person who could help is on the phone and she will call me back without asking my number. Don't recommend.
LONG WAIT WONT RECOMMEND We have had to wait for over two hours in the waiting room and this was after making appointments six months prior. Noone says anything to you, no apologies, no excuses as to why or what's going on. You wait in the waiting area for an hour then about another hour and a half in the room wearing a bib, laying back in the chair waiting and waiting and waiting. Then finally a hygienist comes in. This place has become horrible. They've lost many. You have "Min" at the front desk whom should never interact with anybody in the public ever, "it" finds it perfectly acceptable to make patients wait....hours...without any warning when arriving, an explanation, or update. This place has lost all respect I've had and at one point it was hands down the best there was and they were second to nobody. Things change I guess, they're going to run this place into the ground.
