This place has become horrible. They've lost many. You have "Min" at the front desk whom should never interact with anybody in the public ever, "it" finds it perfectly acceptable to make patients wait....hours...without any warning when arriving, an explanation, or update. This place has lost all respect I've had and at one point it was hands down the best there was and they were second to nobody. Things change I guess, they're going to run this place into the ground. My family and I have been coming here for years and had always had a great experience. This past year has been has not been great due to the highly unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from the office manager Min. The two times I have dealt with her were enough for me to pack up and change our dentist. For someone who is essentially in customer service, being rude, talking over and hanging up on your customer is not acceptable. Dr. Covert is great but I will not be treated like that again.

The staff is friendly, kind, but when it comes to your bill, the staff does not communicate with each other, and does not write in notes about speaking to the patient that they don’t owe anymore money. Then they try to bill you over and over again. I was told that my bill was paid in full, but now they are trying to bill me for more money, and I am not happy about that. :(.
