The vets are awesome and have a heart. Their office manager is heartless. I owe money and was denied service, for my very sick dog. She is having to die, because I can't afford to get her help. I've always paid my bill, even going without. But when I'm in of need of a vet, money is placed over a animal needing help. Money shouldn't be placed higher than a animal in need.
