The Dr seen me on the same day today. I was in and out. He's professional and funny. I felt like I've known him my whole life. It was convenient and quick.
Save your time and your money. Do NOT deal with this doctor. WOW! I tried to make an appointment. Unfortunately, it was with the doctor himself as he was the one who answered the phone. I can only assume his staff has quit after speaking to him. He said he does take my insurance, but he must have a credit card kept on file. I told him my insurance would cover everything, and I was not going to give him a credit card. He said a few words, which i think were not going to give me a card, and then he hung up on me. Don't bother calling. He's supposed to be "in network" with my insurance but upon talking to him says he doesn't take my insurance. Then said something about paying with credit card. Sounds like a scam to me. He just tried to call me regarding my review to inform me how my insurance works. I ended up hanging up because he was very demeaning and rude. He was the one who ended my initial conversation in a very rude and abrupt manner which is why I left the negative review to begin with.
My wife just had an incredibly rude and obnoxious interaction with this doctor over the phone. She was seeking a housecall for her elderly mother, who lives alone but is mobile, cognizant, and able to take care of herself and answer the door. When the doctor learned these facts he rudely stated he was not interested "in giving podiatry services to a 92 year old senior, that he "gets these kind of calls all the time," and specifically cited speaking with my wife long distance was a problem. My inability to walk came upon me 1 day. I went to urgent care, they told me to walk on it, I walked but about 6 hours later, I couldn’t, so I went to the ER, they sent me home with crutches and I felt no better than I went in. Something wasn’t right and my hospital referral said to see a podiatrist ASAP, Dr. Velotti saved the day for me. He took me right in and treated me like I was his patient my whole life.
