Dr. Varghese is great, he gives you the information you need to make the best decision for your care. He doesn't just say "this is what we're doing", he actually has a conversation with you and you make decisions together. Dr. Varghese is also very nice and friendly!
His staff and him they are tripping they are kindda scam. They not gonna send you refill if you are out of supplies. I have epilepsy and i need to take my medicine twice a day. I called them to get refill and they refused they said you have to come and take appointment again it means you have to pay everytime you want refill. Dont go there they are stupid people.
When you get a referral to Dr.. Thomas Varghese they don't return your call then when you call them back and they say he can't see you and its not because of your insurance they don't give you an explanation they just rush you off the phone how rude.
My review is not towards the doctor it’s more towards his assistant. I called in regards too a serious matter about my scans and even though it wasn’t serious to her it is to me and my family I felt she had an attitude because I kept calling. She kept saying he has a full schedule like my situation wasn’t important. Her customer service and how she talk towards his patients is unacceptable.
