everyone was nice enough in person, but I can’t get a return phone call. I’ve left 4 messages, to which zero have been returned. I would like to proceed with recommended shoulder replacement, but I’m a little afraid to go with orthosouth now, due to lack of professionalism. What if they don’t respond to my needs after surgery? I have called this office for 3 weeks straight to get FMLA Paperwork filled out. They have told me I needed to speak with the nurse have left over 6 messages to the nurse with no return phone call. This is by far so unprofessional. There is no turn around time and for me to call you and leave messages for 3 weeks and 2 times each week with no return calls only shows me how much you care about the individual who’s having to take care of the patient after surgery, I guess their job doesn’t matter. I also appreciated the very short waiting time; and Dr Giel's direct, but informative manner.
Dr Giel repaired my rotator cuff this spring. After rehab, I’m doing great. He does a great job in explaining the injury and the process required to treat and work towards recovery. Excellent surgeon
