Saw Dr. Unruh as a new patient. From start to end it was a great experience. Prior to the visit, the front office explained how their office does things. This is clearly not an assembly line practice. When I arrived, Kristi reviewed the paperwork I had filled out prior to arrival and clarified any questions she or I had. I was due for xrays, so those were efficiently done, and immediately upon completion of that I met with Dr Unruh. He proceeded to do a full oral assessment, done gently and thoroughly. I am so happy to find Dr Unruh’s Dental office. From my first initial phone call to my appointment, I knew they are a very honest and caring dental office. The greeting was very welcoming, the dental assistant very good at her job and Dr Unruh such a genuine person. On exit the other assistant took the time to help me understand my insurance and promptly sent paperwork over where I need to have extra work done. Thank you for a great experience as I’m new to the area and this helps tremendously as I settle in!
I've been going to this office for over 20 years now. I can't see myself going to any other dentist. Dr. Unruh is understanding, thoughtful, considerate and friendly.
