Doctor turner and his staff have always been wonderful, I've been going here since I was a child. I am, however, very unhappy with the changes that have been made since they merged with Allegheny health network. I dont even see dr. Turner anymore, I see some other lady who isnt even a dr but a nurse practitioner and while see is very nice she didnt tell me anything that google didnt already tell me and I ended up leaving with no real helpful information or prescription to help anything. I have been going to Dr. Turner for many years, I have always felt very comfortable with him and his staff, and the level of care I have received is second to none.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. at all. Although he is a very nice guy, and the office staff also, this is BY FAR the WORST physicians office I have EVER dealt with. They DO NOT use a computer for ANYTHING! EVERYTHING done in this office is hand written!!! God forbid there should be a fire! VERY UNORGANIZED! DON’T expect to get an appointment when you are sick or even need one. Oddball days and hours, and even then they have a tendency to call to reschedule you.
