I was a patient of Dr Trahan for nearly a year. I had to go get my pressure wound debrided 1 time a week and Home Health changed the dressing of the wound vacuum twice a week. Dr Trahan is a wonderful doctor! He has a caring way about him. The Staff is also the best I've seen. Very little to no waiting, the Nurse Ms Susan was my favorite. I was referred to Dr Trahan from Dr Fautheree(neurosurgeon who did my sec back surgery), and to be honest I was reluctant about seeing a pain management Dr bc I did not want to take opioids as relief for my pain. Dr Trahan was amazing he and I had the same view in regards to my treatment. Dr Trahan will sit with you and thoroughly exam and explain what your plan of treatment. which is so refreshing! I am a two time lower lumber surgery patient and I am currently having migraine pain from what we are hoping is nerve irration ... read more

Dr. Trahan the worst wound Doctor ever!! He has been seeing my dad for a wound since April that has now turned into an infection in the bone. He was seen once a week by this doctor at the War Veterans Home in Jackson, Louisiana. Just pure neglect! After going to a Podiatry appointment at the VA clinic to get his toe nail cut, the doctor immediate ly saw the wound was inflamed and sent him to the ER. Just pathetic to not have noticed anything for weeks now, no attention to detail! So upset, I do not recommend this doctor.
