Poor Repair Service I stopped in to get a replacement Ryobi battery that I was having problems with. All Ryobi batteries come with a 3 year warranty, and they decided that the warranty was out after 1 year, and that was that. That wasn't the main problem though. They were jerks about the whole process. They are an authorized warranty return center for Ryobi, and you'd think they would know the process.
