This doctor saw me in the emergency room. Toby Thomas only asked and answerd a few questions before sending me home. A few months after I recieved a bill from collections without notice from the doctor that I owed the bill. Why would you send someone to collections without notice at all? This is unfair and unethical and he knew excatly what he was doing. He charged me over $1000 for simply asking me questions.
