A few years ago, I switched over my insurance to Thomas Tobin and I have had nothing but nice things to say. I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Judy in the office and those two by far have been the kindest, most gracious, and knowledgeable people I have ever come across when dealing with insurance companies. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his staff. I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I called in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized recommendations that made me feel confident in the options available for my family. The customer service was top-notch, and they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Virtually no communication. Could not get an email or callback for anything. And the few times one of the female staffers responded, she said she'd get back to me within the hour with an update. It never happened. I am not interested in chasing my insurance agent for information when that's literally their job.
