I am SO happy with my experience with Thomas Tile. They recarpeted two large bedrooms, with complicated nooks and crannys and a very difficult stairway. The installer had to fit the low-pile carpet around 4 small metal balusters. This is difficult because the low-pile doesn't hide any misfits as a fluffier carpet will. There were no misfits! You guys installed new lights in front of your building that are so bright and poorly aimed/shielded that it's a serious light pollution issue. Look at the picture, it's like a spotlight shining right at my building. Very ignorant. Get night vision cameras if you're concerned about safety and stop this offensive light pollution in our neighborhood.
