Visit never occurred, reached out to North Star Counseling as well as the therapist directly with multiple calls and messages. 12 days passed before receiving a response. The response from the office manager was they were new, they didn't know if the therapist was to busy to take on any new patients and to basically look elsewhere since there was no contact from therapist.
