I needed to get advice on doing an affidavit for an informal probate. I was charged $500 which I thought was a decent price. When I took the paper with me to show a different state that I had the authority of personal representation for this will I was told that court wouldn’t accept it unless signed by a court in Montana. When I got he from the court ordeal in the conflicting state I called the office to verify if I was supposed to take the paper they had drawn up for me to the courthouse.
