I was concerned when I read a couple of the reviews, but I had a great experience. It was my first visit, and he asked relevant questions and provided clear answers. He explained things well and was very knowledgeable about the reason for my visit. In making arrangements for the appointment as a new patient, his staff was responsive and understanding.
Professional, considerate and intuitive
Staff was great, Dr Schmidt was preoccupied and rude. Sent my Rx’s to two different states and a third is missing. Now my Dr can not get the report. Horrible experience ever.
Dr. Schmidt was great! Asked lots of questions. Kind. Only downfall - calling his office - very hard to get past the answering service to actually speak to a nurse or office staff.
I live in Vermont & have seen all the neurologists & finally found Dr. Schmidt. He was so pleasant. He was a great listener & when he responded it was slow & simple enough I could understand. I have a brain injury. He was very kind, gentle, and really overall listened to me & had some great ways to help me. Great bedside manners & you can tell he really cares about his patients.
