Our business has worked with a few roofing contractors over the years, and Thomas & Sons Roofing & Construction has easily been the best roofer we have hired. The roofing crews are always on time, polite, and very careful around our customers’ property. They complete each roof job in a clean, detailed, and professional way, from tear-off to final cleanup. I want to make it very clear that this review is mainly about customer service, not a full roofing job. I contacted Thomas & Sons Roofing & Construction about a roof-related leak that was causing water damage in my apartment ceiling. Brady responded fast, came out quickly to check the issue, and helped point me in the right direction for additional leak testing so the source could be identified properly. We spoke with several roofing contractors before choosing Thomas & Sons Roofing & Construction, and most of them gave us an uneasy feeling and did not seem very experienced. I first met Brady during a roofing estimate on a house we planned to buy in Balcones Heights. We were glad the bid was approved and that the seller chose an impact-resistant shingle roof.
