Excellent roofing service from Jordan. He said he would arrive between 12:30 and 1 PM, and he showed up right at 12:30. He started by finding the source of the leak inside the house, then inspected the roof and checked the attic to confirm that the issue was coming from the soil stack area and nearby roof penetrations. Even though my roof is around 20 years old, he did not pressure me into a full roof replacement.
