I highly recommend this plumbing service. They were one of the few plumbers who answered on a holiday and stayed friendly, professional, and quick with every phone call and text. Our kitchen sink backed up the night before we were hosting our daughter’s engagement party at home. We spent a couple of hours trying to fix the drain ourselves, including cleaning the trap, but the clog would not clear. I was dealing with a septic and drain problem, and Thomas & Sons Home Plumbing sent a crew out the same day to inspect everything and find the cause. They explained the issue clearly and let me know a larger septic truck would need to return the next day to finish the heavier work. We had a broken irrigation pipe, and our water use had jumped to about 5,800 gallons a day based on the utility report. Two other plumbers came out first to try to find the leak, but they were not able to pinpoint it. When Barry arrived, he located the underground leak in about 40 minutes, clearly marked the spot, and returned soon after to repair the pipe and test the system again to make sure there were no more leaks.
