We had a shower leak problem, and Thomas & Sons Home Plumbing was not just quick to respond but also very polite. Their technician, Nathaniel, figured out that we could reach the internal control unit in our tiled shower by accessing it from the wall behind the shower (inside a closet). The only challenge was that we didn’t have that access point. just had my hot water heater drained and expansion tank swapped out by thomas & sons home plumbing. their guy, barry, did an awesome job. he really knew his stuff and even showed me some useful tricks to keep my water pressure at the right psi. unlike the previous company, barry took his time and didn't rush through the job. the last guys I hired were careless and left a mess for me to clean. but this experience was so much better.
