Nathaniel was very honest and helpful. I called Thomas & Sons Home Plumbing late in the evening to set up a plumbing appointment for the next day because I thought my water heater had failed. This was my third time having a plumbing team work at my house, and once again the service was excellent. This time I had a clogged sewer line that caused water to back up when the washing machine drained. I called over the weekend, and they scheduled me for first thing Monday morning.
