You call in to answer a receptionist who transfers you to the wrong department, then the wrong department will transfer you to the right department, then that department doesn't answer the phone. This business feels like its still stuck in the 1980's phone by dial up. Won't be calling back or doing business with again.

Feeling "Skinned". Looking back, I guess we should have seen that coming. We engaged Thomas Skinner and Allied Machine for a custom tooling solution, trusting their sales reps and engineering claims that the tools would solve our relatively straightforward machining need—drilling and reaming a bore. Ordered a keyboard replacement and it was faulty. Strike 1 ordered a x axis servo cable wrong one despite them confirming that it was the right one. Strike 2 (machine down for 3 weeks) trying to get a quote for parts currently but I must be asking for something hard as it's now day three of waiting for a email quote on parts that I need to make my machine run...
