Ordered a keyboard replacement and it was faulty. Strike 1 ordered a x axis servo cable wrong one despite them confirming that it was the right one. Strike 2 (machine down for 3 weeks) trying to get a quote for parts currently but I must be asking for something hard as it's now day three of waiting for a email quote on parts that I need to make my machine run... Strike 3 called them this week, they managed to send a employee out asap to repair our VF7 Haas mill. they came super quickly and were able to help us find away arou... read more

Contacted them about parts for my mill (originally sold by them to its original owner) received zero help. Follow up emails got nowhere. Found the parts on eBay, received them from Europe via ship before they finally answered - with a quote that was roughly 2 times the price I paid, with shipping and conversion from Euros. Step it up guys.
