Very good customer service. Felt very welcome. The lady that worked with us, I do not recall her name, but she was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It’s hard to find people like that. She deserves a raise, and I don’t know what her name was again, but she was a good looking women with blond hair.! (My apologies for not using her correct name !) Joe Luiso (not Jon please correct! The best care for their patients
Bradley Fitts I’ve been seeing Dr. Shands for a long time now and it is by far the best Medical clinic I’ve ever been to. The reception staff is extraordinary. As soon as I walk in , they all welcome me by name without me having to tell them and even the names of my family members that go with me, which shows they genuinely care. Always full of smiles.
