Impressive work! I had the opportunity to see the beautiful work done on the house I am renting, and I would definitely hire this company. The quality of the work, the solid, high-quality materials used, and the Latino workers who are incredibly professional and friendly were all outstanding.

When I raised the issue, I was then quoted an additional **$2,800** to correct the length. Not only that, workmanship was less than stellar, awning was leaking and the ends ... read more
We contacted Thomas Awning to get a quote for a pergola installation. A representative came out to assess the project and told us we would receive a quote within a few days. Unfortunately, it has now been 3 weeks, and we still have not received anything. We have followed up twice by email but have not received a response. The initial visit went well, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing.
Had a standing seam awning created for my backyard. I enjoyed collaborating with the sales lead, Ben Walters. I was given a couple of options and a competitive price (solicited two bids). The work was completed in the time frame given. I love the end product and the fact it was crafted custom in Richmond, VA.
We had a 5 star experience with Thomas Awning. Great service, product and pricing. We love our new awning.
