Dr. Sellner is great, but the rest of the staff there is lacking. The front desk personnel inbound and outbound are unprofessional. I'm still having pain after having a procedure done. Have left messages stating my concerns and have yet to hear back from them.
I wish I could say I've met Dr Sellner but for months I've been trying to get treated but the office staff hasn't called back. After meeting with a PA, was told I would be contacted weeks ago to set up a biopsy and after several attempts, never get a response. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Dr Sellner should not be taking new patients if his surgery dates are many months away even for non surgical procedures. I now have a date for septum/turbinates surgery with an ENT in Charlotte I'm very happy with. Its called Cornerstone ENT -Dr McCleland. He takes the time to explain everything and its well worth the drive. They're a well oiled machine to get you better as quick as possible.
Dr Sellner performed surgeries on 3 of my children, all in the same morning! Our experience could not have gone any better than it did. From our first visit to scheduling to the surgical center staff to the recovery, everything went perfectly! I could not recommend anyone better than him and his team!
