I ordered masks from MyLabSupply but received from Thompson Scientific- what an absolute disgrace. A Kleenex with ear loops wouldn’t be any different- breathable yes of course they are you can see right through them. Sanda is the brand name and right out of China. Thompson should vet products they sell vs ripping off consumers in USA. Too sad they used to be a reputable company. This experience tells me that is no longer the case.

I have dozens of emails from a half dozen employees in an attempt to solve a billing/payment issue that is almost 4 months in the process. I have now given up. I believe that this company’s billing practices are fraudulent. I have paid $43.95 for a charge of $18.38 for one item. Initially, I was told that the remaining item can’t be shipped (I assume that means it is not available) and that a refund can’t be processed until it is shipped. Terrible company. Do business elsewhere. I've been waiting for 2 months for a refund for an order that they "have no invoice for until it is shipped." The order won't be shipped until January. Besides their poor communication skills, their billing is the most convoluted I have ever seen. Explanations don't clarify anything. I think their activities are fraudulent. What company would you trust to delay a shipment for 6 months? How about a refund so you can spend your money with a reputable company? Find another store... read more

I have placed two separate orders for merchandise. When I contacted customer service about the first order, the customer service agent was very rude. I decided to place a second order full face mask. I sent the email this time requesting information status. There was no response. Each of these times I was charged. I think people will have better luck on Walmart or Amazon

I would put negative star if I can!!!! I order online on March-23, and pay online same day of course... and on March-26, they send me a email said they will void my order and not charging my credit card. But today, not only they never return payment back to me, they even charge me 2 extra charge after March 23!!! that is insane. Furthermore, and they are not picking up phone, I was on hold for 10+ mins and no one pick up phone!!! BAD BUSINESS!!. never trust it!!!!!
