I was looking for a regular massage while in Bozeman. I do long distance running and and suffer from lower back pain plus have a few older injuries, and stiff neck and shoulders due to lots of computer work. Thomas is a good dude and has really helped out some issues I’ve been experiencing with back and Leg pain and blood flow issues.
He is so knowledgeable of the body and physiology with a practical and wise mix of east meets west. I highly recommend Thomas and the shiatsu experience
