Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here
